Waiting for USCIS approval

Well there is just one thing stopping us from submitting our dossier to the boys country. Our USCIS approval! There has been a little hold up since we did not have our Hague Approved Home Study oversight letter from our Adoption Agency for our home study agency. But it was sent last week. Our new friend whom we have met through the adoption process, is also adopting from the boys country. We have been neck and neck in the process and she just received her approval letter. So we are waiting patiently. Or at least trying too. As soon as we get that baby in our hands, we will send it off to California to our adoption agency, and than off to EE for translation and to be submitted!!!!!! We can travel about 4 weeks after it as sent over!!!! So we are hoping to make our first trip early July God willing! I can't wait to meet them, and hold them and love them the way they should have been held the last 8 and 5 years!!! After the first trip, we wait a month or 2 for the court hearing. We are still praying about this, but I would really like to stay in country between the second and third trip instead of coming back and forth twice while leaving the boys in the orphanage. I think it would be the best thing for them if they could stay with me in an apartment or house, bonding and learning. It would be a special time, the only time where they would have all of my attention. But I have a husband and three children back here that need me as well, so we will just have to see. As for the cost, we were told it would probably cost the same, either flying back and forth 2 times, or just fly once and staying until everything is final and we can bring the boys home, which would take about 30 days. So that is where we are in that!! A part we never really like to discuss but it so real in adoption, Money! Well we were blessed from the beginning because the boys have about $20,500 in the Reece's Rainbow grants between the two of them! Praise God for all the wonderful people praying for our boys, and fundraising for them!!! We have paid for the Initial Agency fee and the Home study, which ended us costing more than expected when we switched social workers. We have paid for immigration as well. So after talking to a wonderful lady who adopted her sweet son from the boys country in the past 2 years, she gave us a breakdown of what the adoption costs. Since we are adopting 2 children, there are more expenses, about $5,000 worth. Also plain tickets during the summer to Europe are pretty high.I would post the exacts, but not sure where my dear husband has stored the adoption budget. As we stand now we are about $3,000 short for what we need to complete the adoption. We have enough to submit our dossier, but we still need to raise this by the time we are traveling to get the boys. We know that God is the most amazing provider as he has already provided so much!! If you want to see God provide and work miracles, you should adopt!!! There is no way you can do it with out HIM!!! This is where we are in our second adoption process.
